Roof sealing · Enkopur®

Long-lasting, reliable watertightness

We stop leaks where they usually start: at penetrations, seams, valleys and gutters. The Enkopur® sealing method we use is a liquid polyurethane, and the fleece-reinforced installation is watertight immediately, permanently elastic and vapour-permeable.

How the sealing works

Seamless, breathable and permanently elastic.

Enkopur® is a liquid, single-component polyurethane. It cures to a permanently elastic, breathable layer.

Structure and function of Enkopur® sealing Cross-section: the substrate and numbered layers 1 Universal Primer / 2K Primer, 2 Enkopur®, 3 reinforcing fleece and 4 Enkopur® top coat. The seam in the substrate moves and the sealing flexes with it. Water vapour rises through the layers, but rainwater cannot get in. Substrate 1234 Rainwater can't get through ↑ Water vapour escapes Seam/sealing point, Enkopur® stays permanently elastic
  1. Universal Primer / 2K PrimerPrimer chosen to suit the substrate.
  2. Enkopur®Base layer of the sealing.
  3. Reinforcing fleeceWorks like rebar in concrete and gives the sealing its strength.
  4. Enkopur®The top coat turns it all into one seamless seal.
