Leaks are found before water shows on the ceiling
Wireless sensors monitor moisture, water and temperature on the roof and in the structure around the clock. Any anomaly triggers an alarm immediately.
From sensor to alert in seconds
Sensors measure
Wireless Sensor Innovation® sensors measure moisture, water and temperature.
Data to the system
Data is sent in real time to the into® Control System (iCS) service.
Alert is sent
Any anomaly triggers a text message or e-mail to selected recipients.
Act in time
The site is inspected and repaired before the damage can spread.
How monitoring looks across a property estate
Each sensor is named by building code. When even one deviates from normal, you see straight away which building and which part of the roof is affected.

Alert 6C-02: notification sent to the property manager and maintenance company by text message.
Example of informationWhere leaks begin
The sensors can be fitted in new and existing structures without heavy cabling.
When a leak is too costly a risk
iCS also offers an API that feeds alerts and measurements into property management systems.
You know at once which property is letting water in
Heavy rain and storms test roofs across the whole city at once. Leak Watch raises the alarm from the exact property where moisture is rising, so help goes to the right place first.

About Leak Watch
Who receives the alerts?
You choose the recipients yourselves – for example the property manager, the maintenance company and the chair of the board. Alerts arrive by text message and/or e-mail.
Do structures need to be opened up for installation?
In existing buildings, structures do need to be opened up. The sensors are wireless, however, and can easily be installed in new builds during construction.
How long do the wireless sensors last?
The sensors' built-in battery lasts more than 20 years.
Can Leak Watch be combined with a maintenance contract?
Yes. System installation and equipment are charged separately. Monitoring complements the spring and autumn inspections, and alerts are logged in the same maintenance history. Monitoring is also charged at a monthly fee based on the number of sensors.
Is your property ready to stay leak-free?
For an acute leak, call – it is always the fastest way. Otherwise, send an enquiry or quote request and we'll get back to you.
